Reinventing the leadership process: support to organization-wide, leadership development interventions. This often involves working with key leaders to - create a leadership model; build generic, organization-wide leadership competencies; develop the learning strategies; create and deliver key leadership workshops and coach those in key leadership roles. It is not unusual for such an intervention to involve several hundred leaders, twenty plus countries and encompass a working partnership that spans several years.
